Pizzelle

As children, we had difficulty pronouncing "pizzelle" but we had no trouble in consuming dozens of them. The delicate, crispy pizzelle has always been a favorite in our home. We would watch our mother make them one-by-one and impatiently wait for them to be cool enough to eat. At Biscotti Brothers Bakery, we still make them one-by-one using authentic pizzelle irons from Italy. After cooling, the delicious cookies are carefully hand-packed to protect these delicate treats. Pizzelle, special enough for weddings and holidays, now convenient enough for every day.

Pizzelle are available in traditional Anise, Vanilla and our four new flavors Almond, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Chocolate and Lemon.
