Our Company

Biscotti Brothers, founded in 2003 in western Pennsylvania, only bakes Italian cookies. David, our baker and a principal in the company, was raised in the Sacred Heart Parish where week after week he tasted every Italian grandmother's best biscotti.  After 20 years of developing his recipes, today he bakes the most traditional Italian cookies available. David has maintained the artisanal quality of our biscotti by using the freshest natural ingredients, keeping the batches small and insuring that each cookie is actually touched by the hands of a loving baker.

In Italian, biscotto means twice (bis) cooked (cotto). Biscotti Brothers’ biscotti are faithfully baked twice in the historic tradition of Italy. For the first bake, we shape the dough into a flattened log, the log is then sliced into individual cookies and baked again. Our classic biscotti have no preservatives, no trans-fats, no artificial flavors and no GMO ingredients while being Kosher certified and hand-packed.

Recognizing the many benefits of eating whole grains, Biscotti Brothers has recently introduced our 100% whole grain Granotti line, where flavor joins with good nutrition. Our outstanding Granotti feature healthy, high anti-oxidant fruits and nuts, along with the great crunch of whole grains.

Biscotti Brothers’ delicious, hand-crafted biscotti are great alone or the perfect dipping companion to a steaming cup of coffee in the morning or a savored glass of vin santo after the evening meal.
